    • Erb.-Emma, beloved daughter of Bro. and Sister Jacob S. Erb, in the vicinity of Wellesley, Ont., was born Oct. 16, 1914; died Aug. 31, 1938; aged 23 y. 10 m. 15 d. Surviving are her parents, 2 sisters and 3 brothers (David, Samuel, Mrs. Clayton Steinman, all near Wellesley; Mary and John at home). One sister Katie died in early infancy. After a few weeks' illness, due to conditions of the heart, having been in unfavorable heath for past number of years, with suffering she peacefully left us. She was of a kind and gentle disposition, and faithfully trusted in her Saviour to the end. The funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, Sept. 3, from the home to the Maple View A. M. Church near Wellesley, of which she was a member, with burial in adjoining cemetery.

      O parents, do not weep for me!"

      In loving Remembrance. Passed Away On Third Line, Wellesley Township, on Wednesday, August 31st, 1938 Emma Erb Beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob S. Erb, Aged 23 years, 10 months and 15 days. The Funeral Will take place from the home of her parents on Saturday, Sept. 3rd, at 1.30 p.m., and proceed to the Maple View A.M. Church, Third Line, Wellesley, for services. Burial in adjoining cemetery. [verse]

      Obituary EMMA ERB
      By Record Correspondent.

      WELLESLEY, Sept. 1-Following a lengthy, illness, Emma Erb, 23, died yesterday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Erb on the 3rd line of Wellesley. She was born in Wellesley township on Oct 16, 1914 and attended Maple church. View Amish-Mennonite.

      Besides her, parents she is survived by three brothers, David and Sam L. of Wellesley and John at home, two sisters, Mrs. Clayton Steinman of Wellesley and Mary at home.

      The funeral will be held at 1.30 o'clock Saturday afternoon with public services at her late residence thence to Maple View Amish- Menninite church on the 3rd line of Wellesley. Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery Rev. Danjel Lebold will officiate.
