  KINKHEAD, SAM Of Kitchener and formerly of Mornington township, passed away at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener, on Saturday, May 5, 1984, in his 78th year. Surviving is his wife, the former Luella Mulcaster and her family, Patricia, Robert and Kathleen. Predeceased by his first wife, the former Adeline Subject. The late Sam Kinkhead is resting at Peebles Funeral Home, 141 John St., Atwood, where service and committal will be held today (Monday) at 2 p.m. Interment in Greenwood cemetery, Milverton
