  BLOOMFIELD George Thomas - at the Hamilton General Hospital on Tuesday morning June 7th, 1988. George Bloomfield of 243 Shepherd Avenue, Cambridge in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Caroline Kindred Bloomfield and the late Mary Basham Bloomfield. Dear father of Mrs. Willard (Phyllis) Zettel of Cambridge and the late Fred Bloomfield (1979). Dear grandfather of Michael, Linda, Robert, Richard and Ronald, and great-grandfather of Mark, Michaela, Tim, Brad, Rich, Tom, Stephanie and Rebecca. The late Mr. Bloomfield was a former manager at Dominion Woollens and Worsteds, a member of St. James Anglican Church, Hespeler I.O.O.F., Lodge #321, The Galt Encampment and the Guelph Cantons. Resting at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Blvd. Cambridge, where the family will receive friends on Wednesday afternoon and evening from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. funeral services will be held in St. James Anglican Church on Thursday afternoon, June 9th at 2 p.m. Interment New Hope Cemetery. A memorial service by the Hespeler I.O.O.F. Lodge will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Memorial Fund of the St. James Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family.
