  James Dunn, 76, died Saturday at the home of his son, Major H. C. Dunn, of Somerset, Man. Born at Napanee, Ont., he went to the Carman district with his family to farm, later coming to Winnipeg, where he was in the contracting business for many years prior to his retirement in 1938. Besides Major Dunn he is survived by another son, Orval A., of Winnipeg, and two daughters, Mr?. F. J. Beaudary, of Winnipeg, and Mrs. H. Rowe, of Pine Falls, Min. The funeral service will be held in the A. B. Gardiner funeral home at 1.30 p.m. Wednesday with burial in the family plot in Elmwood cemetery. Rev. W. G. Berry will officiate
