      On Friday, September 1, 1933, at the Preston Springs Sanatorium in Preston. Miss Graeb was born in Puslinch and had been a resident of this district her entire life. She was well known in Hespeler, where she was held in the highest esteem. She had been ill for several months. Surviving are four sisters and three brothers: Mrs. J. C. Bradshaw of Welland; Mrs. J. P. Hauch of Stratford; Mrs. E. Burn of Zurich; Mrs. Welker of West Walworth, NY; Rev. S. C. Graeb of Grand Valley; Ed Graeb of Los Angeles; and Aaron Graeb of Preston. Private funeral on Mon., Sept. 4 from her residence on Cooper St. in Hespeler at 2: 30. Interment Hespeler Cemetery.

      -Information from the death certificate: Born Jan. 29, 1863, daughter of John Graeb and Catherine Ochs. Informant - Aaron Graeb of Preston, her brother.

      -Information from Our Germans Were Linked Through Puslinch by Chris Bowman and B. & B. Woolsey: John Graeb (1824-1884) was a weaver, born in Germany, who was in Puslinch by 1841.

      -Information from the death certificate of Catherine Graeb: Of Cooper St. in Hespeler. Bom in Germany on Feb. 7, 1835. A widow, she died on Aug. 16, 1928. Burial in Hespeler. Informant - Miss Sarah Graeb of Hespeler, her daughter.

      -Information from the birth certificate of Mary Susanne Graeb: B. In Puslinch on Apr. 19, 1871, daughter of John Graeb and Catherine Ochs.

      -Information from marriage certificates: Other children of John Graeb and Catherine Ochs were Solomon C. ; Kate (born c. 1867) married Charles Bradshaw; Lydia (born c. 1869) married Emil Burn; Mary Susanne (b. 1871) married John P. Hauch; Edward William (born c. 1878).
