  SNYDER, Rhoda Peacefully, on Sunday, June 29, 2003 at KW Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Rhoda (Schmidt) Snyder, age 87 years, of Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Irvin L. Snyder, who predeceased her May 4, 1985. Loving mother of Fred Snyder of Waterloo, Rodney Snyder of Elmira, and Steven and Marlene Snyder of RR1 Elmira. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Sherry (Bill), Jamie (Allison), Angela, Elizabeth, Laura and Victoria and great-grandchildren, Jayden, Chelsea, Sabrina, Justis and Tyler. Predeceased by her parents, Harvey and Hannah (Miller) Schmidt, one brother, Ralph (in infancy) and one sister, Gladys Schmidt. Rhoda was a long-time member of the Woolwich Agricultural Society, a life-time member of the Woolwich Everfaithful Women's Institute and a faithful member of St. James Lutheran Church, Elmira. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, Monday, June 30, 2003 (today), 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. At noon on Tuesday transfer will be made to St. James Lutheran Church, Elmira, for funeral service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Hans Borch officiating, followed by interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.
