  BRUBACHER, Myra - Peacefully, went home to be with the Lord, on Monday, September 6, 2004, at Chateau Gardens, Elmira. Myra (Shoemaker) Brubacher, in her 84th year, of Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Elmer S. Brubacher (Nov. 26, 1991). Loving mother of Lois and Howard Gingrich of Elmira. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Lisa and Phil Gingrich and Eugene and Anita Gingrich, Jennifer and Todd Lockhart, Janice and Kipp Kraehling and great-grandchildren, Nikki, Kevin, Randy and Tymber Pridham and Jessica Kraehling. Dear sister of Norma Weber of Cambridge, Verna and Maurice Bauman of Floradale and sister-in-law of Emerson and Elvina Brubacher of Floradale.Predeceased by her parents, Ervin and Edna Shoemaker; two sons, Neil and Maurice and one sister, Margaret.The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Wednesday, Sept. 8 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon on Thursday, transfer will be made to the Floradale Mennonite Church for funeral service at 2 p.m. with Pastor Fred Redekop officiating, followed by interment in the Floradale Mennonite Cemetery.In her memory, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Floradale Mennonite Church would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
