  STANKIEWICZ, William At the K-W Hospital, on Wednesday, Dec. 12, 1973, after a lengthy illness, William Stankiewicz, of RR 4, Bright, aged 70. years; a member of Sacred Heart RC Church, had been employed at the Canada Blower and Forge Co. Ltd., for 40 years until his retirement; born in Poland and lived in the area for 46 years; husband of Erma Gole; father of Edward of Waterloo, William of RR 1, Cambridge, Stanley, Myron and Mrs. Herbert (Violet) Altman all of Kitchener, Mrs. Terence (Stephanie) Lippert. of Scarborbugh, Frank Thomas and Mrs. John (Joan) Wittnebel, both of Kitchener; 21 grandchildren also survive; predeceased by his first wife Maryanne Tomczyk. Friends. may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West, Kitchener, where the parish rosary will be recited on Friday at 8 p.m. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home Saturday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral mass at Sacred Heart RC Church at 10 a.m. with Joseph Bartkowiez officiating. Interment will be in Woodland cemetery. Donations to the Respiratory Research Foundation may be made as expressions of sympathy.
