- Jacob Lingner - Ill three months, Jacob Lingner, 185 Ahrens Street West, passed away early today at K-W Hospital. A retired factory worker, Mr. Lingner was in his 78th year. He was born in Woolwich Township, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Lingner, and attended Zion Evangelical Church. Surviving are his widow, nee Mary Ann Schmidt, one daughter, Mrs. George P. Rowney, in Texas, two brothers, John in Saskatchewan, Valentine of Milwaukee, and two sisters, Mrs. K. Hoffer, city, and Mrs. S. Buckim in Michigan. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon from Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home with a service at 1: 30 o'clock and thence to Zion Church at Tavistock for service at 3 p.m. Interment will take place in the adjoining cemetery. The remains will be at the funeral home until 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon when they will be removed to the residence until 10 a.m. Thursday when the body will be returned to the funeral home.
