  LEE, Esther E. Mrs. (Fred) Peacefully, on Wednesday, June 4, 1997, at Eventide Home, Kitchener. Esther (Clark) Lee, in her 101st year, of Kitchener. Esther was born in England, January 12, 1897, daughter of the late Tom Clark and Esther Hopkinson, who immigrated to Canada in 1919. Beloved wife of the late Frederick "Ted" Lee (1989). Loving mother of Gwen Croth of Kitchener, Doris Cookman of Salem, Joan and Richard Watson of Columbia, Missouri. Fondly remembered by her 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held from the Dreisinger Funeral Home Chapel, Elmira, on Saturday morning, at 11 a.m., with The Rev. J. D. Kellough officiating, followed by interment in the West Montrose Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the funeral service Saturday morning.
