      After a short illness, Alison died at Sunnybrook and Womens College Health Science Centre on Monday, January 30, 2006 in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband Arthur in 2000. Loving mother of Bruce Richard Chapman and his wife Molly Ann Kelly and their children Brian and David Chapman of Madison, Wisconsin and of Hugh Clement Chapman and his wife Jane Elizabeth Miller of Toronto. Those who wish to remember Alison, donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, 1920 Yonge Street, 4th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M4S 3E2, Sunnybrook Foundation, 2075 Bayview Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M4N 3M5 or to the charity of their choice would be most welcome.
