    • WM. W. C. BURNS

      A popular and well known resident of Kitchener, William W. C. Burns, passed away on Thursday evening at the age of 48 years. of 48 years. Fourteen years ago he came to Kitchener and established the Monarch Oil Company with which company he was identified until his death. He made many friends in the Twin City and was a member of the Rotary Club and Masonic Lodge, and the Lawn Bowling club. He is survived by his wife, three daughters, Frances and Margaret at home and Mrs. Arthur Kimmel of Cobourg, and his mother at Meaford. Two brothers and two sisters also survive. The funeral took place on Saturday and following a short service at the late residence the remains were taken to Meaford for burial.
