  HERTZBERGER, Dorothy Elizabeth 1918 - 2015 It is with great sadness and many loving memories of Dorothy that we share with you her peaceful passing at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Sunday, January 11, 2015. She was 96 years old. She joins her beloved husband, John Henry Hertzberger (2007). Dearly loved mother of Jane Seeley and her husband, Rob of Kitchener. Dear Gran to Kate DeSousa and her husband, Rick and Matt Seeley and his partner, Andrew. Predeceased by her parents Herbert and Louisa Kramp. She will be dearly missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Dorothy was a bookkeeper by profession, working at several companies, the latest being Kieswetter Excavating. After their retirement, Dorothy and John purchased a maple sugar bush in the Elmira area where they made maple syrup and enjoyed many social gatherings with family and friends. Friends are invited to share their memories of Dorothy with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, January 13th from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 14th at 1: 30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. David Malina officiating. Reception to follow in the Fireside room of the funeral home. Interment at Union Cemetery, Elmira. Dorothy's family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Doris Winfield, the support workers at CCAC and the nurses and doctors at Emergency and on the 8th floor at Grand River Hospital.
