Of 4189 King St. E., Kitchener, on Thursday, April 9, 1992, at Cordele, Ga., in his 74th year. Loving companion of 14 years of Violet Macean. Dear brother of Jean (Mrs. Lloyd Habel) of Elmira. Predeceased by his parents; his first wife, Geraldine Hussey (1974) and one sister, Betty Bricker of Calgary, Alta. Mr. Leis was born in New Hamburg and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a retired hairdresser, an antique car enthusiast, a member of the Galt Moose Lodge. a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Preston Branch No. 126 and an airforce Veteran of the Second World War. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral and committal services will be conducted at the funeral home, Monday, April 13, 1992, at 1: 30 p.m. Interment Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
