  HABEL, Jean (nee Leis) Peacefully passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at Doon Village Retirement Residence, Kitchener, at the age of 91 years, formerly of Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd H. Habel (February 11, 2011). Loving mother and mother-in-law of the late Beverley Catherine Coles (August 23, 2011) and Gerry Coles of Elmira, and the late Warren Habel (1966). Cherished grandma of Cara Jean and Brad Janson of Kitchener, and great-grandma of Cole, Parker and Sidney. Jean is the last surviving member of her family having been predeceased by her parents Jacob and Clara (Seegmiller) Leis, her brother Harold Leis and her sister Betty Bricker. At Jean's request cremation has taken place. A memorial service for family and friends to celebrate Jean's life will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
