- Enos Doll - Nipawin, Sask. - Funeral services for the late Enos Doll were held recently. Rev. Geo. Marshall conducted the service in the United Church. Hymns sung were: "Rock of Ages", and "Nearer my God to Thee." Mrs. E. E. Cunningham sang the solo, "The Old Rugged Cross." Interment was made in the Ravine Bank cemetery. Pallbearers were Messrs. R. J. Henderson, A. Dolson, E. Snider, M. Shur, Wm. Rupert and J. Shantz. Flowers were received from Mr. and Mrs. C. Hamerston and family, Mrs. Vaness and family, Mr. and Mrs. R. J. Henderson, Mrs. McKechnie and family, Mr. and Mrs. F. Bull and family; Mr. and Mrs. Scott and family, The Friendship Club. Mr. Doll was born in Ontario exactly to the day 72 years previous to the date of his death on Saturday, January7, at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Hamerston, with whom he came from Guernsey, Saskatchewan to live shortly after his wife died four years ago. Besides his daughter, Mrs. Hamerston, he is survived by one son, Norman, living in Alberta.
