    • ASMUSSEN, Dorothea (Dora) - At the Freeport Hospital, on Friday, Jan. 4, 1974, Dorothea Catherine Asmussen, a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities, age 91 years, born in Kitchener, a daughter of Henry Asmussen and the former Lucinda Haubner. Miss Asmussen was a member of Highland Road United Church; sister of Nora (Mrs. William White) and William Asmussen both of Kitchener, Edna (Mrs. Howard Hoffman) of Baden; predeceased by brothers Frederick in 1944, Albert and Edgar in 1961 and a sister, Mrs. Edith Ott in 1947. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West Kitchener. Funeral and committal service in the chapel, Monday, at 3 p.m. with Rev. Larry Wiegand and Rev. A. E. Holley officiating. Interment St. Peter's Lutheran cemetery.
