  Alma Eleanora - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Village of Winston Park Long Term Care on Saturday, March 17, 2007 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Edward Weiler (1985). Loving mother of Shirley Hehn (Joseph) of Kitchener. Cherished grandmother of Cindy (Steve), Angela King (Robert), Tim Hehn (Michelle). Proud great-grandmother of seven. Dear sister of Betty Zinger (Anthony) and Clarence Snider (Mary). Predeceased by her parents, Ivan and Leona [Leona was stepmother] Snider; sisters, Rose Weiler, Irene Gaede and brothers, Norman and Melvin Snider. Alma was a long time employee of Dare Foods and Onward Manufacturing. Alma's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Parish prayers 8: 30 p.m. Tuesday evening. Prayers will be offered at 10: 30 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at the funeral home followed by procession to St. Anne R.C. Church (268 East Ave., Kitchener) for Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Fr. Mark Sullivan officiating. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery followed by a reception at the funeral home. As expressions of sympathy donations to St. Mary's Hospital Foundation or Alzheimer Society of K-W would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
