      PRESTON, Ronald Earl Gayer of RR 3, Preston, died Friday at Victoria Hospital, London, Ont. He was 24. A son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Gayer of Cleveland, he lived in Preston for six months and was a stock clerk at Hiway Market Ltd., Kitchener. He came to Canada as a volunteer service worker at the London Rescue Mission, where he served two years. He was a member of Friendship Mennonite Church, Bedford, Ohio. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, the former Mary Martin of Blair; a son, Trevor Lynn; one brother, John of Cleveland. The body will be at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, Preston, from noon Sunday, until 1 p.m., Monday, when removal will be made to Preston Mennonite Church, for the service, at 3 p.m. Burial will be in the Hagey cemetery.
