  PATRICIA MARY SCHMIDT October 10, 1950 - July 16, 2008 Passed away, peacefully, after a lengthy battle with cancer at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham, on Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Pat Schmidt of Durham and formerly of Kitchener. Daughter of Harry and Caroline Homeniuk of Cambridge. Beloved wife of William Schmidt for 38 years. Mother of Dawn (Steve) Spino of Kitchener and Cindy Dorner of Harriston. Much loved grandmother of Lacy Schmidt and Travis Taylor of Hanover, and Blake, Amber and Cole Spino of Kitchener. Great-grandmother of Padin of Hanover. Sister of Harry Jr. (MaryAnn) of Cambridge. Daughter-in-law of Ward and JoAnne Schmidt of Hanover and Jean Schmidt of Kitchener. Also survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Mike. A memorial service will be held at St. James Lutheran Church, Mannheim, on Friday, July 18, 2008, at 11 a.m. Interment in St. James Cemetery. Memorial donations to St. James Church, Mannheim or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services , 1-877-991-9995.
