    • Untimely Death of Miss Olive Clareen Hallman

      The untimely death of Olive Clareen, beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Allan Hallman of near New Dundee, occurred at the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital on Monday evening. She was taken ill with a severe attack of appendicitis Friday and underwent an operation at the hospital, but without avail. The deceased young lady was fifteen years of age and had been at the K. & W. Collegiate Institute here, making her home while in the city with Mr. E. H. Thamer. She is survived by her parents, one brother, Delton, of Waprous. Sask.. and one sister, Mrs. Walter Becker Winterbourne. The funeral will take place from the residence of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Allan Hallman, near New Dundee on Saturday afternoon at 1.30 o'clock to the U. B. church and cemetery, New Dundee for service and interment.
