  Teresa passed away at her Waterloo residence on Monday, aged 85 years. Survived by her children, Charles Dufton of Ottawa, Jo Anne Pierre (Paul) of Kitchener, James Dufton (Gena) of Dartmouth Nova Scotia, Mary Lou Dufton of Waterloo, William C. Bruce (Bernadette) of Milton and Stephen Bruce (Dawn) of Waterloo. Grandmother of Ian (Julie), Maggie, Elise (B.J.), Laura (Chris), Brett (Michelle), Jordan, Amelia (Vince), Ryan (Katie), Jordan (Sara), Jessica (Chris). Great-grandmother of Makayla, Ashlyn, Quinn, Jacqueline and Elliot. Also survived by her sister Lucy Koch (Ray). Predeceased by her husband William (Bill) Bruce less than 2 months before, and by her parents, John & Mary Stemmler, plus 6 sisters and 2 brothers. Teresa was 5 time Past President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the 404 Wing Club in Waterloo. She was over a 40 year volunteer with Birthright and had over a 50 year membership with the C.W.L. Teresa was the recipient of the Queens Jubilee Award. Visitation was held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers at 8:45p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church, 173 Lourdes Street, Waterloo on Thursday June 9, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment followed at Parkview Cemetery. A reception was held in the Church Hall.
