Hammer (1984). Loving mother of James Hammer, Joyce and Wilson Cook, Bruce and Sharon Hammer, Deborah and Brian Roth, Dianne and Dale Hillar and Donna and Chris Medley. Dear grandmother of Chris Cook, Shelly Faulhafer (Chris), Katie Mayer (Jeff), Matthew Hammer (Michelle), Daniel Roth, Tricia Hammer (Mike), Alyssa Roth (Pat), Craig Hammer, David Hillar (Laura), Kyle Hillar (Rebecca), Brandy Hillar (Dan), Anthony 'Gipper' Medley (Stepanie), Stacy Medley (Shawn) and by her 11 great-grandchildren. Jean was a patient and loving mother who passed down her talent and love of family. She loved to do gardening, sewing, cooking, decorating, travel, spend time at the cottage and play cards with her family or friends. Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Jean's life, to be held at the K.W. Khaki Club, 2939 Nafziger Road, Wellesley, on Saturday, November 28, 2015 from 2 p.m. till 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Grand River Hospital, Diabetes Association or Trinity Lutheran Church in New Hamburg would be appreciated.
