  Ernest White Former Ayr resident, Ernest (Ernie) Carl White of Paris, went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, September 22, 2004. He was in his 74th year. Born in Galt, the son of Hazel Gladys (Hinrich) and William Walker White, Ernie was a faithful Christian man with many sisters and brothers in Christ. He will be dearly missed by his wife Sandra West; his children William and Barbara White both of Ayr, Christopher Willems and his wife Janette of Penetanguishene, and Jennifer and her husband Rev. John Inthof of Callander; and his eleven grand-children. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his first wife Eleanor Leiska in 1976 and his brother George in 1994. Pastors Lovell McGuire and Murray Kingwell conducted funeral services at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, Paris on Saturday, September 25 at 1: 30 p.m. Interment was in Ayr Cemetery. Pall bearers were Chris Willems, Dan White, Jeff White, Larry West, Don West and Jim Motheral with honorary bearer Bev West. The Ayr News Sep 29 2004 pg 14
