  Alex Harrison - A lifelong resident of the Ayr district, Alexander Robert Harrison of RR 3, Ayr, passed away at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Cambridge, on Friday, March 28th. He was in his 66th year. Born in North Dumfries Township, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alex Harrison. He farmed with his parents on the Greenfield Road and later at other farms in the area until retiring a few years ago. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a son Alexander in 1967, a brother William; and a sister Mrs. Alex (Elsie) McLeod. Surviving are a brother Charlie and five grandchildren. Funeral service was held at the Coutts and Son Funeral Home, Galt, on Sunday, March 30th. Canon K. J. Conyard of Trinity Anglican Church, Galt, officiated. Interment in Ayr Cemetery.
