  Mrs. Alexander Hall - The death occurred at her home in Paris on Tuesday morning of Isabelle McKenzie, widow of Alexander Hall, in her 77th year. She had been in failing health for a number of years. She was born in Burford, and was a member of the Paris Presbyterian Church. Following her marriage, Mrs. Hall resided with her husband on the Hall homestead, corner of the 6th concession of South Dumfries and the Paris Road, leaving the farm some 11 years ago. She resided in Ayr for two years before removing to Paris nine years ago. Surviving are one son, McKenzie Hall, on the homestead; one daughter, Miss Florence Hall, Paris, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Jarvis, Burford. Her husband, the late Alexander Hall, a prominent South Dumfries farmer, predeceased her 16 years ago. The funeral will take place this (Thursday) afternoon at 2 o'clock from her late residence, Charlotte street, Paris, to the Ayr Cemetery. The Ayr News Jan 15 1948 pg 15
