Notes - Mrs. Lyle St. Peter - Mrs. Lyle St. Peter of Colquhoun Street, Ayr, passed away in St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, on Saturday, October 10th. She was in her 52nd year. The former Jacqueline (Jackie) Dowdell, she was born in Chatham, a daughter of the late Frederick Dowdell and Evelyn Rabideau. Mr. and Mrs. St. Peter moved to Ayr twenty years ago and since that time have been active in the community. Mrs. St. Peter was formerly on the executive of Ayr U-Go I-Go Club, an Ayr Minor Hockey Mother and for several years was a Brownie leader. She was employed as a secretary for several years at J. W. Maus and Sons, and more recently at Ayr Welding. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister Judith Vanoverbeke. Beloved wife of Lyle, loving mother of Dana, Haley and her fiance Tom, all of Kitchener and Renee of Ayr. Also sadly missed by her uncle Thomas Brend of New York. Rested at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, Kitchener, where funeral service was held on Tuesday. Interment Ayr Cemetery.
