    • AYR MAN DIES

      AYR, Feb. 16. John D. Guthrie died here in his 86th year. A resident of Ayr for about 40 years, Mr. Guthrie was well known throughout the district as a turnip shipper and hog dealer. His wife. formerly Margaret Bawtenheimer. died six years ago. Surviving is one brother, George, of Greenfield. The funeral was held today with interment in Ayr cemetery.
