  Mrs. Tom Robson Former RR 3, Ayr resident, Vera Elizabeth Cruickshank, died at Hill-top Manor Nursing Home, Cambridge on Wednesday, January 1st, 1997. Mrs. Robson was in her 83rd year. Born in South Dumfries Township, she was a daughter of the late Ida Clementine Ridley and John Bruce Cruickshank. For many years, Mrs. Robson was an active member of Grace United Church, Roseville; the Townhne Community Club and was a retired elementary school teacher. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas Robson in 1991, by her sister Amy Jarvis and by her brothers Bruce and Bert Cruickshank. She will be missed by her brothers, Glenn Cruickshank and his wife Barbara of Princeton and Gordon Cruickshank and his wife Jean of Wingham and by her sister, Joyce Montgomery of Hamilton. Funeral service was held at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home on Saturday, January 4th, 1997. Rev. Kyle Benger of Grace United Church officiated. Interment was in Ayr Cemetery.
