    • Fred Dargel

      Kitchener resident Fred Dargel passed away at St. Mary's General Hospital on Friday, March 18, 1994. He was in his 89th year. Born in Kitchener, Mr. Dargel was a son of the late Christina and Carl Dargel. He was also predeceased by his brothers Carl and Rudolph. Mr. Dargel farmed for many years at RR 3, Bright and was also employed by Huck Glove, Kitchener. He is survived by his brothers Julius and Gus of Kitchener; his niece, Elaine Whitehouse of Nova Scotia and by his nephew, Ken Dargel of Manitoba. Funeral service was held at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 22 at 1: 30 p.m. Pastor Reynold Kipfer of Calvary Mennonite Church officiated. Interment, Ayr Cemetery.
