- Clifford M. Elvin
Clifford Morley Elvin of Summit Street, Cambridge, passed away at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Sunday, December 30th, 1990. He was in his 66th year. Born in Springbank, he was a son of the late Robert F. Elvin and Gladys Dale. The Elvin family resided for a time on Township Road 8, RR 1, Ayr. Mr. Elvin was a retired employee of Cello Brass, Cambridge. Re had served with the Rocky Mountain Rangers during World War II. Beloved husband of Winnifred (Bruce) Elvin and dear father of Clifford Ronald of Toronto, Robert of Cambridge and Sandra. (Mrs. Robert Elliott) of Cambridge. Also survived by sisters Gladys (Mrs. Wesley Freer) of London, Anna Peters of Sarnia and grandchildren Troy and Joel Elliott and Natalie and Nathan Elvin. Predeceased by a brother Frederick. Rested at Corbett Funeral Home, Galt, where funeral service was held Wednesday. Interment Ayr Cemetery.
