  • Notes
    • Demise of Miss Scott - The community has been rather sorely afflicted during the past week by an unusually large number of deaths. To the exceptionally long list we have to add that of Miss Lois Jane Scott, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Scott, lot 1, con. 4, Blenheim, who passed away Sunday forenoon after a lingering illness, aged 24 years. The deceased young ? was beloved by a wide circle ? all of whom deeply regret her early demise. Besides her parents she is survived by a sister, (Mrs. Fred Kennedy) and brother, Alexander, Mr. T.O. Scott, Ayr, is an uncle. The funeral on Tuesday afternoon to Ayr cemetery was largely attended.
