  Mrs. John A. Kennedy On Tuesday Mrs. John A. Kennedy, a resident of the community for over 50 years, passed away in Willett Hospital, Paris, after an illness of eight months. The former Mary Amelia Mighton, she was born near Verschoyle a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Mighton. Following their marriage, the couple resided on the farm south of Ayr for the past half century. The late Mrs. Kennedy was a valued member of Richwood United Church. Surviving, besides her husband, are daughters, Mrs. Stuart (Mary) Cowan and Mrs. Wallace (Helen) Stewart; sons, Robert, Warren and John, and a sister, Mrs. John J. (Eva) Morrison. The Funeral Funeral service for mother and daughter was held today (Thursday) at the R. W. Rumble Funeral Home, Princeton, with interment in Ayr Cemetery. The Ayr News Jul 2 1964 pg 2
