  Death of Arthur Gordon Cowan \endash The death took place in Drumbo on Monday, august 8th, of Arthur Gordon Cowan, a veteran of the late war. He was the third son of the late James D. Cowan and Mrs. Cowan of Drumbo and was well known and esteemed by a wide circle of friends who will be grieved to learn of his demise. Interment was made yesterday in the Ayr Cemetery.
