  McLeod, Robert Norman Robert "Bob" McLeod passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Thursday August 29, 2019. Bob was a lifelong Greenfield Road resident and trusted mechanic in the Ayr area for over 50 years. Beloved husband to the late Marjorie McLeod (nee Edgar). Loved dad to Bill (Tracy Gowland), Kathy McLeod (Steve Edwards), Dan (Barbara), Terry McLeod and Norm (Sylvia Kuepfer); cherished grandfather to Nathan, Oedyia, Lee, Clayt, and Julia; great-grandfather to five great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by his sister Naomi Swift (Marshall). Predeceased by his parents Norman Grieve and Viola McLeod (nee Shantz), and grandson Kirt. Bob was a member of Knox's Galt Presbyterian Church, and former director of the North Dumfries Ploughman's Association. Bob will also be sadly missed by all his friends at Heritage Meadows. Friends may call at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St. Ayr, on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Funeral Service to celebrate Bob's life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 11 AM. Interment Ayr Cemetery. Donations to Cambridge Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
