  Sudden Death Deep sympathy will be extended to Mr. A. Falconer in the sudden death yesterday forenoon of his wife, which occurred at the family residence, Stanley St., east, about 9 o'clock. Mrs. Falconer's son Clarence and Miss Cropp were with her when she suddenly fell to the floor. Mr. Falconer was sent for at once, but when he arrived the vital spark was just leaving its tenement of clay. The deceased had been in poor health for some years, suffering from a complication of diseases, including a weak heart. The family came here just a few months ago, Mr. Falconer buying out Mr. Jas. McGhee's harness business, and both are held in high esteem by all who had made their acquaintance. Mrs. Falconer's maiden name was Mary Seeker. She was born at Pickering in 1861 and was married in 1892. An only child, Clarence, survives. Her father, mother and several brothers and sisters reside in Toronto. The funeral will take place on Friday, but at this writing the place of interment has not been decided upon. The Ayr News Aug 13 1908 pg 8
