  Douglas Murray Kempthorne of Innerkip passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2003 at the Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock. He was in his 62nd year. Born in Bright, Ontario the son of Murray Kempthorne and Sarah Bowman. Sadly missed by his special friend Donna Bell of Innerkip and her family; Christine Thompson and husband Robert Lewis of Innerkip and Darlene and husband Jeff Tait of Princeton and their families. Survived by his son, Jason Kempthorne. Dear brother of Jean and husband, Jim Rounds of Woodstock and brother-in-law of Doug Lamont of Plattsville and Ed Dedman of Washington. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters: Velda Lamont, Laura Dedman and Isabel Kempthorne. Doug farmed for many years and then retired from Kitchener Transit. Relatives and friends may call at the Glendinning Funeral Home, Plattsville today (Wednesday) from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A private family service will be conducted at the funeral home. Rev.
