  Brown, John Pringle Suddenly, at home, on Wednesday December 11, 2013, a lifelong resident of the Ayr area, in his 84th year. John was very active in Ayr with Minor sports as his children were growing up, he also was active with Knox United Church. Beloved husband to Ruth (nee Fried); loved dad to Bill (Debbie), Jim (Bonnie), Ken (Debbie, Garry (Terry), Randy (Andria) and the late Patricia in infancy; cherished grandpa to 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; dear brother to Gord. He is also survived by his in law family and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Pringle and Catherine and a sister Jean Hall (Norm Friends may call at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St. Ayr on Friday December 13, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held at Knox United Church (92 Northumberland St. Ayr) on Saturday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Terry Dunseith officiating. Interment Ayr Cemetery.
