      A resident of the Ayr-Wrigley's Road for the past 40 years, Mrs. Frederick Hartwick, passed away at K-W Hospital on Saturday. April 25th. She was 87. Born in Jamaica, the former Pearl Ada Willis, she was a daughter of the late John Willis and Lilla Peat. She came to Canada with her family when she was 14. She was a graduate of Toronto Bible College. Mrs. Hartwick and her husband resided in Kitchener prior to moving to RR 1, Ayr. She was a former member of Bethel Baptist Church, Kitchener, and was latterly attending Benton Street Baptist Church. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers and four sisters. Beloved wife of the late Frederick Hartwick. Dear mother of Harold and his wife Mary of Kitchener, Eric and his wife Clarice of Florida, Russell and his wife Jean of RR 1, Ayr, Roy and his wife Lois of Centralia, Ill. Lovingly remembered by her 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Sister of Mrs. Rose McCrae of Floria. Rested at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, Kitchener, where funeral and committal services will be held today (Wed.) at 2: 30 p.m. Rev. James Reese and Rev. Kevin Oates will officiate. Interment Ayr Cemetery.
