  Miss Janet Craig Davidson Passes - A well-known former resident of this community, Miss Janet Craig Davidson passed away on Tuesday evening at Hillcrest Convalescent Home, Toronto. She was born on the 11th concession of Blenheim, a daughter of the late Henry Davidson and Janet Lillico. She resided in that vicinity for many years prior to moving to Toronto some 30 years ago. While at Ayr she was a valued member of Knox United Church and of several of the women's organizations in the church. Surviving is a brother, Henry Rufus Davidson of Wilmot Valley, PEI. She was predeceased by two sisters, Ollie Davidson and Mrs. Walter (Bessie) Barrie, and two brothers, Rev. Dr. Richard Davidson and Lillico Davidson. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 2 pm from the Turner and Porter Chapel, 436 Roncesvales Ave., Toronto, with interment in Ayr Cemetery at 4 pm. The Ayr News Sep 8 1966 pg 9
