  Mrs. G. A. Graham Passes One of Ayr's oldest residents, and a long-time businesswoman, Mrs. Geneva Graham passed away in St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener on Thursday, November 25th. She was in her 91st year. Born in Hawkesville, Ontario on June 29, 1886, she was the daughter of the late Carlton G. Jones and Hannah Jane Salyerds. Mrs. Graham was a popular Ayr hardware merchant from 1909 until retiring in July, 1972. She operated the business in the building now occupied by the offices of J. W. Maus and Sons. She is survived by her son Howard of Burlington and two brothers, Edwin and Truman, both of Welland. She was predeceased by her husband Roy Graham in 1955. Also predeceased by four brothers George, Frank. Carl and Edward as well as two sisters, Elsie and Mabel. Interment was at Ayr Cemetery following services at Kipp's Funeral Home in Paris at 1: 00 p.m. on Saturday. The Ayr News 2 Dec 1976 pg 13
