  Miss Mary Jane Gourlay of St. Luke's Place, Hespeler, passed away at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, October 26, 1982. She was in her 56th year. Born in Paris, she was a daughter of Alexander Gourlay and the former Isabella Barclay who both predeceased her. Miss Gourlay lived most of her life in Ayr before moving to Beamsville and then to St. Luke's Place, Hespeler. Surviving are a brother James of Montreal and six nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the Coutts and Son Funeral Home, Galt on Friday, October 29th. Interment in the Ayr Cemetery. The Ayr News Nov 3 1982 pg 5
