    • Community Shocked By Death Of Harold Kyle In His 43rd Year

Harold Kyle, well-known Blenheim farmer, died in Galt Hospital at noon today (Wednesday) in his 43rd year. He suffered a paralytic stroke several weeks ago, from which he failed to rally.

The late Mr. Kyle was born on, "Spring Valley Farm," one of the district's outstanding dairy farms, where he spent his entire life.

He was widely known as a hunter and usually made the annual pilgrimage to northern Ontario during the deer season. He was greatly interested in community social life,
and was a member of the Townline Community Club, and also served as a school section trustee.

Mr. Kyle was a faithful member of Knox United Church. Surviving, besides his wife, are five children: Ann, James, Rodney, Louise and Janice. Also surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Kyle, "Spring' Valley Farm": three sisters, Mrs. David Brown (Esther), and Mrs. Richard Baxter (Helen), both of Blenheim, and Jean, at home. A twin brother, Hector, resides in Ayr. Funeral arrangements are being completed.
