  William John (Bill) Hanna Former Ayr resident William John (Bill) Hanna of Amherstburg died at Windsor Regional Hospital on Friday, October 1, 2004. He was in his 67th year. Bill was a member of St. Michael and All Angels Church, Windsor where he was a member of the choir. He was employed in the advertising department of Thompson Newspaper for many years and ran his own papers, the Perth County Shopper and the Leamington Shopper for many years. He was predeceased by his father the late Leslie Hanna (2004) and is survived by his mother Jeanne of Ayr; his children, Shayne of Woodstock, Tiffany of London, Stephen and Catherine, Deborah and Elio Turchet, Kendall and Kathy all of Guelph; nine grand-children; his brother Robert and Jean of Guelph and aunt Enid Castle of Guelph. He was also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at the Ayr Chapel, Wm. Kipp Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 5 at 11: 00 a.m, Reverend France Ouimet-Wilson officiated.
