  BROWN, Margaret "Edith" Edith Passed away at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener, on Friday, November 3, 2017, in her 89th year. Edith was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She is survived and sadly missed by a sister-in-law, Arlene Brown, nieces, Jacalyn and Jennifer and one nephew, Gary and their families in British Columbia, as well as many cousins and her friends. Predeceased by her Parents, David Brown and Esther Margaret Kyle, as well as her sister, Barbara and brother, Douglas. Edith was born on the 11th Concession, she became and worked as a nurse in many places throughout Canada and the United States and was the Head of the Nursery at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, for some time. Honoring Edith's requests cremation has taken place. Family and Friends may call at the Ayr Chapel, of Wm Kipp Funeral Home, 183 Northumberland St. Ayr, on Thursday, November 9, 2017, from 2-4 p.m. for visitation. Visitation will continue on Friday, November 10, 2017, from 10: 00 - 10: 45 a.m., followed by a service in the Funeral Home Chapel, at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Interment at Ayr Cemetery.
