  Mrs. John E. Armstrong Passes The death occurred at her home in Ayr on Friday of Mrs. John E. Armstrong, following a lengthy illness. Born in Tavistock, she was the former Edith Foreman. She attended the Anglican Church. Surviving, besides her husband, are one son, Robert, Ayr; one daughter, Mrs. Henry (Agnes) McLellan, Ayr; three brothers, John and James, Bright, and Blake of Ayr; one sister, Mrs. George Muma of Ayr, and two grandchildren. The Funeral The funeral was held from the W. O. Ball Funeral Parlor on Monday afternoon. The service, which was largely attended, was conducted by Rev. L. V. Pocock. The many beautiful floral tributes bore silent testimony to the high esteem in which the deceased was held. Interment was made in Ayr Cemetery. The pallbearers were: John Manson; Lyon Findlater; L.
