Notes - SIMS, Hilda (nee Roberts) - After a brief illness, at Brantford General Hospital, on Friday April 27, 2007, of Ayr and formerly of Cambridge, in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Gordon; loved mom to Howard (Sharon) of Paris, Micheal (Bev) of Durham Area and Kathy Mathewson (Brad) of Ayr; cherished grandma to Jason, Holly, Adam, Matthew, Eric, Josh, and Brandon and great-grandma to Rachael, Tyler, Jessica and Katrina and two soon to be arriving; dear sister to Doris Marshall (Bob) of Ayr, Shirley Janes (Baxter) and Ken Roberts (Sharon), all of Cambridge, Bev Brophy (Gary) of Kars, Barb Ott (Bob) of Hanover, and Sharon Kowalchuk (Peter) of Kitchener. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, William and Gladys Roberts and her brother, Jack Roberts (Joyce). Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Friends of Ayr Library or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
