- Mrs. George Thomson
The private funeral took place to Ayr Cemetery on Monday afternoon of the late Mrs. George 'Thomson of Caledonia whose death occurred on Friday in St. Joseph's Hospital. Hamilton, following a short illness. The word of Mrs. Thomson's passing came a distinct shock to her Ayr. friends. Mr. and Mrs. Thomson and family, it. will be remembered resided in Ayr for a year or so some 18 or 20 years ago: During this period, Mrs. Thomson made numerous warm friends by many charming qualities. She was born in Nova Scotia, her maiden name being Mary Ratchford. Besides her sorrowing husband she is survived by three children, Kate, George and Evelyn alga by one brother and three sisters.
