Notes |
- Death of Mrs. Minty
Numerous friends and acquaintances will sincerely regret to learn that after an illness of several weeks from typhoid fever, Mrs. A. C. Minty passed away at 7: 30 on Tuesday evening. The deceased was the second daughter of the late Adam Wilson and was visiting her mother's home when stricken with typhoid. Besides her husband, who is a government employee in British Columbia, a daughter about five years of age also survives. Mrs. Minty resided at or near the coast for about 12 years, both before and after her marriage, and was here on an extended visit. To the sorely bereaved mother, brother and sisters the sympathy of the community will be extended in their hour of affliction. Mr. Minty is on his way from Fernie to Ayr, and no arrangement for the funeral will be made until he arrives or is heard from en route.
