  Dr. Berst, Wellesley, Passes at 66 By Record Correspondent. WELLESLEY One of Wellesley's most prominent citizens. Dr. Marland R. Berst, 66, died yesterday at St. Mary's General Hospital after an illness of five days. He was a dentist in Wellesley for the past 37 years since his graduation from the Dental College of the University of Toronto. At the time of his death he was chairman of the library board. He was a former trustee of Wellesley Public School Board, and a member of Wellesley United Church Board for over 20 years. Born in Plattsville Jan. 9, 1894 he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Berst. He was educated at Plattsville Public and High Schools. Surviving are his wife, the former Clara E. Heinz, whom he married at Wellesley in 1924; three daughters, Mrs. Graham (Patricia Jackson of Elmira. Mrs. Ernest (Geraldine) Dick of Chatham and Mrs. Douglas (Jac- queline) Michel of Kitchener; a sister, Mrs. Harvey Einwechter of New Dundee and five grand- children. The body will be at the Futher Funeral Home, Wellesley, until Saturday noon when removal will be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church for memorial service-at- 3:30 pm How Walter Beeker a Rev. Charles Forrest will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mark's Lutheran Cemetery.
